Reiki Healing
A Reiki treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. It supports the whole person – body, emotions, mind and spirit. Reiki has many beneficial effects that include relaxation, pain relief, feelings of peace, security and well-being. Enjoy a herbal tea, the aroma of essential oils & crystals aligning your chakras. We conclude with a discussion of any messages received during your session.

Distance Reiki Healing (via telephone/zoom chat)
Reiki is a powerful healing energy that works just as well from a distance! Find a relaxing place to sit or lay down in the comfort of your own space & I will guide you through the session with music and my voice. Any messages received in the session will be passed on to you when we conclude the healing.

Reiki Healing for Kids to Teens
(8 to 18 years of age)
Young children & teenagers love the relaxing sensations that Reiki provides. It reduces anxiety and takes the edge off the pressure they may feel from school, exams, sports or their emotions, by allowing them to unwind in a supportive Reiki session. Essential oils & crystals compliment the healing.

Reiki Healing for Children
(Newborn to 7 years of age)
If your child is out of sorts, you know you have to do something to assist them to feel better! Reiki is the perfect choice as a gentle, straightforward approach to healing. It works so well with children to effectively provide healing by balancing their energy. Essential oils & crystals compliment the session.
